يَقُولُونَ They say لَئِن If رَّجَعْنَآ we return إِلَى to ٱلْمَدِينَةِ Al-Madinah لَيُخْرِجَنَّ surely, will expel ٱلْأَعَزُّ the more honorable مِنْهَا from it ٱلْأَذَلَّ ۚ the more humble وَلِلَّهِ But for Allah ٱلْعِزَّةُ (is) the honor وَلِرَسُولِهِۦ and for His Messenger وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ and for the believers وَلَـٰكِنَّ but ٱلْمُنَـٰفِقِينَ the hypocrites لَا (do) not يَعْلَمُونَ know ٨
They say, "If we return to al-Madīnah, the more honored [for power] will surely expel therefrom the more humble." And to Allāh belongs [all] honor, and to His Messenger, and to the believers, but the hypocrites do not know.
