هُمُ They ٱلَّذِينَ (are) those who يَقُولُونَ say لَا (Do) not تُنفِقُوا۟ spend عَلَىٰ on مَنْ (those) who عِندَ (are) with رَسُولِ (the) Messenger ٱللَّهِ (of) Allah حَتَّىٰ until يَنفَضُّوا۟ ۗ they disband وَلِلَّهِ And for Allah خَزَآئِنُ (are the) treasures ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ (of) the heavens وَٱلْأَرْضِ and the earth وَلَـٰكِنَّ but ٱلْمُنَـٰفِقِينَ the hypocrites لَا (do) not يَفْقَهُونَ understand ٧
They are the ones who say, "Do not spend on those who are with the Messenger of Allāh until they disband." And to Allāh belong the depositories of the heavens and the earth, but the hypocrites do not understand.
