وَإِذَا And when بَلَغَ reach ٱلْأَطْفَـٰلُ the children مِنكُمُ among you ٱلْحُلُمَ the puberty فَلْيَسْتَـْٔذِنُوا۟ then let them ask permission كَمَا as ٱسْتَـْٔذَنَ asked permission ٱلَّذِينَ those who مِن (were) before them قَبْلِهِمْ ۚ (were) before them كَذَٰلِكَ Thus يُبَيِّنُ Allah makes clear ٱللَّهُ Allah makes clear لَكُمْ for you ءَايَـٰتِهِۦ ۗ His Verses وَٱللَّهُ And Allah عَلِيمٌ (is) All-Knower حَكِيمٌۭ All-Wise ٥٩
And when the children among you reach puberty, let them ask permission [at all times] as those before them have done. Thus does Allāh make clear to you His verses; and Allāh is Knowing and Wise.
