وَمَا And not مَنَعَنَآ stopped Us أَن that نُّرْسِلَ We send بِٱلْـَٔايَـٰتِ the Signs إِلَّآ except أَن that كَذَّبَ denied بِهَا them ٱلْأَوَّلُونَ ۚ the former (people) وَءَاتَيْنَا And We gave ثَمُودَ Thamud ٱلنَّاقَةَ the she-camel مُبْصِرَةًۭ (as) a visible sign فَظَلَمُوا۟ but they wronged بِهَا ۚ her وَمَا And not نُرْسِلُ We send بِٱلْـَٔايَـٰتِ the Signs إِلَّا except تَخْوِيفًۭا (as) a warning ٥٩
And nothing has prevented Us from sending signs [i.e., miracles] except that the former peoples denied them. And We gave Thamūd the she-camel as a visible sign, but they wronged her. And We send not the signs except as a warning.
