وَإِن And not مِّن (is) any قَرْيَةٍ town إِلَّا but نَحْنُ We مُهْلِكُوهَا (will) destroy it قَبْلَ before يَوْمِ (the) Day ٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِ (of) the Resurrection أَوْ or مُعَذِّبُوهَا punish it عَذَابًۭا with a punishment شَدِيدًۭا ۚ severe كَانَ That is ذَٰلِكَ That is فِى in ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ the Book مَسْطُورًۭا written ٥٨
And there is no city but that We will destroy it before the Day of Resurrection or punish it with a severe punishment. That has ever been in the Register inscribed.
