Rabbana Dua 20: We Have Wronged Ourselves
রব্বানা দোয়া ২০: আমরা নিজেদের উপর যুলুম করেছি
رَبَّنَا ظَلَمْنَآ أَنفُسَنَا وَإِن لَّمْ تَغْفِرْ لَنَا وَتَرْحَمْنَا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلْخَـٰسِرِينَ
Rabbanaa zalamnaaa anfusanaa wa illam taghfir lanaa wa tarhamnaa lanakoonanna minal khaasireen
English
“Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves, and if You do not forgive us and have mercy upon us, we will surely be among the losers.”

“হে আমাদের প্রতিপালক! আমরা নিজেদের উপর যুলুম করেছি। আপনি যদি আমাদের ক্ষমা না করেন এবং দয়া না করেন, তবে আমরা অবশ্যই ক্ষতিগ্রস্তদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হব।”

Recommended use
A du’a of repentance (tawbah). We can learn from how Adam (as) responded after he erred. Being able to admit your faults and to feel remorse is a beautiful sign of your belief and devotion to Allah. We ask for His forgiveness and resolve to avoid repeating the same mistakes. This is the du’a Prophet Adam (as) recited after sinning in Paradise.
