قَالَا Both of them said رَبَّنَا Our Lord ظَلَمْنَآ we have wronged أَنفُسَنَا ourselves وَإِن and if لَّمْ not تَغْفِرْ You forgive لَنَا [for] us وَتَرْحَمْنَا and have mercy (on) us لَنَكُونَنَّ surely, we will be مِنَ among ٱلْخَـٰسِرِينَ the losers ٢٣
They said, "Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves, and if You do not forgive us and have mercy upon us, we will surely be among the losers."
