لِإِيلَـٰفِ For (the) familiarity قُرَيْشٍ (of the) Quraish ١
For the accustomed security of the Quraysh -
— Come To Light
106. Surah Quraysh
Quraysh · Makki · 4 Ayahs
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
إِۦلَـٰفِهِمْ Their familiarity رِحْلَةَ (with the) journey ٱلشِّتَآءِ (of) winter وَٱلصَّيْفِ and summer ٢
Their accustomed security [in] the caravan of winter and summer -
— Come To Light
فَلْيَعْبُدُوا۟ So let them worship رَبَّ (the) Lord هَـٰذَا (of) this ٱلْبَيْتِ House ٣
Let them worship the Lord of this House,
— Come To Light
ٱلَّذِىٓ The One Who أَطْعَمَهُم feeds them مِّن [from] جُوعٍۢ (against) hunger وَءَامَنَهُم and gives them security مِّنْ from خَوْفٍۭ fear ٤
Who has fed them, [saving them] from hunger and made them safe, [saving them] from fear.

107. Surah Al-Ma'un
The Small kindnesses · Makki · 7 Ayahs
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
أَرَءَيْتَ Have you seen ٱلَّذِى the one who يُكَذِّبُ denies بِٱلدِّينِ the Judgment ١
Have you seen the one who denies the Recompense?
— Come To Light
فَذَٰلِكَ Then that ٱلَّذِى (is) the one who يَدُعُّ repulses ٱلْيَتِيمَ the orphan ٢
For that is the one who drives away the orphan
— Come To Light
وَلَا And (does) not يَحُضُّ feel the urge عَلَىٰ to طَعَامِ feed ٱلْمِسْكِينِ the poor ٣
And does not encourage the feeding of the poor.
— Come To Light
فَوَيْلٌۭ So woe لِّلْمُصَلِّينَ to those who pray ٤
So woe to those who pray
— Come To Light
ٱلَّذِينَ Those who هُمْ [they] عَن about صَلَاتِهِمْ their prayers سَاهُونَ (are) neglectful ٥
[But] who are heedless of their prayer -
— Come To Light
ٱلَّذِينَ Those who هُمْ [they] يُرَآءُونَ make show ٦
Those who make show [of their deeds]
— Come To Light
وَيَمْنَعُونَ And they deny ٱلْمَاعُونَ [the] small kindnesses ٧
And withhold [simple] assistance.
— Come To Light
108. Surah Al-Kawthar
The Abundance · Makki · 3 Ayahs
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
إِنَّآ Indeed, We أَعْطَيْنَـٰكَ We have given you ٱلْكَوْثَرَ Al-Kauthar ١
Indeed, We have granted you, [O Muḥammad], al-Kawthar.
— Come To Light
فَصَلِّ So pray لِرَبِّكَ to your Lord وَٱنْحَرْ and sacrifice ٢
So pray to your Lord and offer sacrifice [to Him alone].
— Come To Light
إِنَّ Indeed شَانِئَكَ your enemy هُوَ he (is) ٱلْأَبْتَرُ the one cut off ٣
Indeed, your enemy is the one cut off.
