ٱلَّذِينَ Those who عَـٰهَدتَّ you made a covenant مِنْهُمْ with them ثُمَّ then يَنقُضُونَ they break عَهْدَهُمْ their covenant فِى [in] كُلِّ every مَرَّةٍۢ time وَهُمْ and they لَا (do) not يَتَّقُونَ fear (Allah) ٥٦
The ones with whom you made a treaty but then they break their pledge every time, and they do not fear Allāh.
