ٱلَّذِينَ Those who ٱتَّخَذُوا۟ took دِينَهُمْ their religion لَهْوًۭا (as) an amusement وَلَعِبًۭا and play وَغَرَّتْهُمُ and deluded them ٱلْحَيَوٰةُ the life ٱلدُّنْيَا ۚ (of) the world فَٱلْيَوْمَ So today نَنسَىٰهُمْ We forget them كَمَا as نَسُوا۟ they forgot لِقَآءَ (the) meeting يَوْمِهِمْ (of) their day هَـٰذَا this وَمَا and [what] كَانُوا۟ (as) they used to بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَا with Our Verses يَجْحَدُونَ they reject ٥١
Who took their religion as distraction and amusement and whom the worldly life deluded." So today We will forget them just as they forgot the meeting of this Day of theirs and for having rejected Our verses.
