ٱلَّذِينَ Those who يَبْخَلُونَ are stingy وَيَأْمُرُونَ and enjoin ٱلنَّاسَ (on) the people بِٱلْبُخْلِ ۗ stinginess وَمَن And whoever يَتَوَلَّ turns away فَإِنَّ then indeed ٱللَّهَ Allah هُوَ He ٱلْغَنِىُّ (is) Free of need ٱلْحَمِيدُ the Praiseworthy ٢٤
[Those] who are stingy and enjoin upon people stinginess. And whoever turns away - then indeed, Allāh is the Free of need, the Praiseworthy.
