فَقَالُوٓا۟ And said أَبَشَرًۭا Is (it) a human being مِّنَّا among us وَٰحِدًۭا one نَّتَّبِعُهُۥٓ (that) we should follow him إِنَّآ Indeed, we إِذًۭا then لَّفِى (will be) surely in ضَلَـٰلٍۢ error وَسُعُرٍ and madness ٢٤
And said, "Is it one human being among us that we should follow? Indeed, we would then be in error and madness.
