وَإِذْ And when صَرَفْنَآ We directed إِلَيْكَ to you نَفَرًۭا a party مِّنَ of ٱلْجِنِّ the jinn يَسْتَمِعُونَ listening ٱلْقُرْءَانَ (to) the Quran فَلَمَّا And when حَضَرُوهُ they attended it قَالُوٓا۟ they said أَنصِتُوا۟ ۖ Listen quietly فَلَمَّا And when قُضِىَ it was concluded وَلَّوْا۟ they turned back إِلَىٰ to قَوْمِهِم their people مُّنذِرِينَ (as) warners ٢٩
And [mention, O Muḥammad], when We directed to you a few of the jinn, listening to the Qur’ān. And when they attended it, they said, "Listen attentively." And when it was concluded, they went back to their people as warners.
