وَهُوَ And He ٱلَّذِى (is) the One Who يُنَزِّلُ sends down ٱلْغَيْثَ the rain مِنۢ after بَعْدِ after مَا [what] قَنَطُوا۟ they have despaired وَيَنشُرُ and spreads رَحْمَتَهُۥ ۚ His mercy وَهُوَ And He ٱلْوَلِىُّ (is) the Protector ٱلْحَمِيدُ the Praiseworthy ٢٨
And it is He who sends down the rain after they had despaired and spreads His mercy. And He is the Protector, the Praiseworthy.
