فَلَا Then not يَسْتَطِيعُونَ they will be able تَوْصِيَةًۭ (to) make a will وَلَآ and not إِلَىٰٓ to أَهْلِهِمْ their people يَرْجِعُونَ they (can) return ٥٠
And they will not be able [to give] any instruction, nor to their people can they return.
