وَيَقُولُونَ And they say ءَامَنَّا We believe بِٱللَّهِ in Allah وَبِٱلرَّسُولِ and in the Messenger وَأَطَعْنَا and we obey ثُمَّ Then يَتَوَلَّىٰ turns away فَرِيقٌۭ a party مِّنْهُم of them مِّنۢ after بَعْدِ after ذَٰلِكَ ۚ that وَمَآ And not أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ those بِٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ (are) believers ٤٧
But they [i.e., the hypocrites] say, "We have believed in Allāh and in the Messenger, and we obey"; then a party of them turns away after that. And those are not believers.
