لَا Not يَسْبِقُونَهُۥ they (can) precede Him بِٱلْقَوْلِ in word وَهُم and they بِأَمْرِهِۦ by His command يَعْمَلُونَ act ٢٧
They cannot precede Him in word, and they act by His command.
