ذَٰلِكَ That جَزَآؤُهُم (is) their recompense بِأَنَّهُمْ because they كَفَرُوا۟ disbelieved بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَا in Our Verses وَقَالُوٓا۟ and said أَءِذَا When كُنَّا we are عِظَـٰمًۭا bones وَرُفَـٰتًا and crumbled particles أَءِنَّا will we لَمَبْعُوثُونَ surely (be) resurrected خَلْقًۭا (as) a creation جَدِيدًا new ٩٨
That is their recompense because they disbelieved in Our verses and said, "When we are bones and crumbled particles, will we [truly] be resurrected [in] a new creation?"
