يُنَزِّلُ He sends down ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةَ the Angels بِٱلرُّوحِ with the inspiration مِنْ of أَمْرِهِۦ His Command عَلَىٰ upon مَن whom يَشَآءُ He wills مِنْ of عِبَادِهِۦٓ His slaves أَنْ that أَنذِرُوٓا۟ Warn أَنَّهُۥ that [He] لَآ (there is) no إِلَـٰهَ god إِلَّآ except أَنَا۠ Me فَٱتَّقُونِ so fear Me ٢
He sends down the angels, with the inspiration [i.e., revelation] of His command, upon whom He wills of His servants, [telling them], "Warn that there is no deity except Me; so fear Me."
