قَالَ He said وَمَن And who يَقْنَطُ despairs مِن of رَّحْمَةِ (the) Mercy رَبِّهِۦٓ (of) his Lord إِلَّا except ٱلضَّآلُّونَ those who are astray ٥٦
He said, "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord except for those astray?"
