رُّبَمَا Perhaps يَوَدُّ will wish ٱلَّذِينَ those who كَفَرُوا۟ disbelieved لَوْ if كَانُوا۟ they had been مُسْلِمِينَ Muslims ٢
Perhaps those who disbelieve will wish that they had been Muslims.
