إِلَىٰ To فِرْعَوْنَ Firaun وَمَلَإِي۟هِۦ and his chiefs فَٱتَّبَعُوٓا۟ but they followed أَمْرَ (the) command of Firaun فِرْعَوْنَ ۖ (the) command of Firaun وَمَآ and not أَمْرُ (the) command of Firaun فِرْعَوْنَ (the) command of Firaun بِرَشِيدٍۢ was right ٩٧
To Pharaoh and his establishment, but they followed the command of Pharaoh, and the command of Pharaoh was not [at all] discerning.
