كَذَٰلِكَ Thus حَقَّتْ (is) proved true كَلِمَتُ (the) Word رَبِّكَ (of) your Lord عَلَى upon ٱلَّذِينَ those who فَسَقُوٓا۟ defiantly disobeyed أَنَّهُمْ that they لَا (will) not يُؤْمِنُونَ believe ٣٣
Thus the word [i.e., decree] of your Lord has come into effect upon those who defiantly disobeyed - that they will not believe.
