فِيهِنَّ In them خَيْرَٰتٌ (are) good حِسَانٌۭ and beautiful ones ٧٠
In them are good and beautiful women -
— Come To Light
فَبِأَىِّ So which ءَالَآءِ (of the) favors رَبِّكُمَا (of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِ will you both deny ٧١
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? -
— Come To Light
حُورٌۭ Fair ones مَّقْصُورَٰتٌۭ restrained فِى in ٱلْخِيَامِ the pavilions ٧٢
Fair ones reserved in pavilions -
— Come To Light
فَبِأَىِّ So which ءَالَآءِ (of the) favors رَبِّكُمَا (of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِ will you both deny ٧٣
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? -
— Come To Light
لَمْ Not يَطْمِثْهُنَّ has touched them إِنسٌۭ any man قَبْلَهُمْ before them وَلَا and not جَآنٌّۭ any jinn ٧٤
Untouched before them by man or jinnī -
— Come To Light
فَبِأَىِّ So which ءَالَآءِ (of the) favors رَبِّكُمَا (of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِ will you both deny ٧٥
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? -
— Come To Light
مُتَّكِـِٔينَ Reclining عَلَىٰ on رَفْرَفٍ cushions خُضْرٍۢ green وَعَبْقَرِىٍّ and carpets حِسَانٍۢ beautiful ٧٦
Reclining on green cushions and beautiful fine carpets.
— Come To Light
فَبِأَىِّ So which ءَالَآءِ (of the) favors رَبِّكُمَا (of) your Lord تُكَذِّبَانِ will you both deny ٧٧
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
— Come To Light
تَبَـٰرَكَ Blessed is ٱسْمُ (the) name رَبِّكَ (of) your Lord ذِى Owner ٱلْجَلَـٰلِ (of) Majesty وَٱلْإِكْرَامِ and Honor ٧٨
Blessed is the name of your Lord, Owner of Majesty and Honor.

56. Surah Al-Waqi'ah
The Inevitable · Makki · 96 Ayahs
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
إِذَا When وَقَعَتِ occurs ٱلْوَاقِعَةُ the Event ١
When the Occurrence occurs,
— Come To Light
لَيْسَ Not لِوَقْعَتِهَا at its occurrence كَاذِبَةٌ a denial ٢
There is, at its occurrence, no denial.
— Come To Light
خَافِضَةٌۭ Bringing down رَّافِعَةٌ raising up ٣
It will bring down [some] and raise up [others].
— Come To Light
إِذَا When رُجَّتِ will be shaken ٱلْأَرْضُ the earth رَجًّۭا (with) a shaking ٤
When the earth is shaken with convulsion
— Come To Light
وَبُسَّتِ And will be crumbled ٱلْجِبَالُ the mountains بَسًّۭا (with awful) crumbling ٥
And the mountains are broken down, crumbling
— Come To Light
فَكَانَتْ So they become هَبَآءًۭ dust particles مُّنۢبَثًّۭا dispersing ٦
And become dust dispersing,
— Come To Light
وَكُنتُمْ And you will become أَزْوَٰجًۭا kinds ثَلَـٰثَةًۭ three ٧
And you become [of] three kinds:
— Come To Light
فَأَصْحَـٰبُ Then (the) companions ٱلْمَيْمَنَةِ (of) the right مَآ what أَصْحَـٰبُ (are the) companions ٱلْمَيْمَنَةِ (of) the right ٨
Then the companions of the right - what are the companions of the right?
— Come To Light
وَأَصْحَـٰبُ And (the) companions ٱلْمَشْـَٔمَةِ (of) the left مَآ what أَصْحَـٰبُ (are the) companions ٱلْمَشْـَٔمَةِ (of) the left ٩
And the companions of the left - what are companions of the left?
— Come To Light
وَٱلسَّـٰبِقُونَ And the foremost ٱلسَّـٰبِقُونَ (are) the foremost ١٠
And the forerunners, the forerunners -
— Come To Light
أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ Those ٱلْمُقَرَّبُونَ (are) the nearest ones ١١
Those are the ones brought near [to Allāh]
— Come To Light
