وَمِنْ And among ءَايَـٰتِهِۦٓ His Signs أَنَّكَ (is) that you تَرَى see ٱلْأَرْضَ the earth خَـٰشِعَةًۭ barren فَإِذَآ but when أَنزَلْنَا We send down عَلَيْهَا upon it ٱلْمَآءَ water ٱهْتَزَّتْ it is stirred (to life) وَرَبَتْ ۚ and grows إِنَّ Indeed ٱلَّذِىٓ the One Who أَحْيَاهَا gives it life لَمُحْىِ (is) surely the Giver of life ٱلْمَوْتَىٰٓ ۚ (to) the dead إِنَّهُۥ Indeed, He عَلَىٰ (is) on كُلِّ every شَىْءٍۢ thing قَدِيرٌ All-Powerful ٣٩

إِنَّ Indeed ٱلَّذِينَ those who يُلْحِدُونَ distort فِىٓ [in] ءَايَـٰتِنَا Our Verses لَا (are) not يَخْفَوْنَ hidden عَلَيْنَآ ۗ from Us أَفَمَن So, is (he) who يُلْقَىٰ is cast فِى in ٱلنَّارِ the Fire خَيْرٌ better أَم or مَّن (he) who يَأْتِىٓ comes ءَامِنًۭا secure يَوْمَ (on the) Day ٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِ ۚ (of) Resurrection ٱعْمَلُوا۟ Do مَا what شِئْتُمْ ۖ you will إِنَّهُۥ Indeed, He بِمَا of what تَعْمَلُونَ you do بَصِيرٌ (is) All-Seer ٤٠

إِنَّ Indeed ٱلَّذِينَ those who كَفَرُوا۟ disbelieve بِٱلذِّكْرِ in the Reminder لَمَّا when جَآءَهُمْ ۖ it comes to them وَإِنَّهُۥ And indeed, it لَكِتَـٰبٌ (is) surely a Book عَزِيزٌۭ mighty ٤١

لَّا Not يَأْتِيهِ comes to it ٱلْبَـٰطِلُ the falsehood مِنۢ from بَيْنِ before it يَدَيْهِ before it وَلَا and not مِنْ from خَلْفِهِۦ ۖ behind it تَنزِيلٌۭ A Revelation مِّنْ from حَكِيمٍ (the) All-Wise حَمِيدٍۢ (the) Praiseworthy ٤٢

مَّا Not يُقَالُ is said لَكَ to you إِلَّا except مَا what قَدْ was said قِيلَ was said لِلرُّسُلِ to the Messengers مِن before you قَبْلِكَ ۚ before you إِنَّ Indeed رَبَّكَ your Lord لَذُو (is) Possessor مَغْفِرَةٍۢ (of) forgiveness وَذُو and Possessor عِقَابٍ (of) penalty أَلِيمٍۢ painful ٤٣

وَلَوْ And if جَعَلْنَـٰهُ We (had) made it قُرْءَانًا a Quran أَعْجَمِيًّۭا (in) a foreign (language) لَّقَالُوا۟ they (would have) said لَوْلَا Why not فُصِّلَتْ are explained in detail ءَايَـٰتُهُۥٓ ۖ its verses ءَا۬عْجَمِىٌّۭ (Is it) a foreign (language) وَعَرَبِىٌّۭ ۗ and an Arab قُلْ Say هُوَ It (is) لِلَّذِينَ for those who ءَامَنُوا۟ believe هُدًۭى a guidance وَشِفَآءٌۭ ۖ and a healing وَٱلَّذِينَ And those who لَا (do) not يُؤْمِنُونَ believe فِىٓ in ءَاذَانِهِمْ their ears وَقْرٌۭ (is) deafness وَهُوَ and it عَلَيْهِمْ (is) for them عَمًى ۚ blindness أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ Those يُنَادَوْنَ are being called مِن from مَّكَانٍۭ a place بَعِيدٍۢ far ٤٤

وَلَقَدْ And certainly ءَاتَيْنَا We gave مُوسَى Musa ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ the Book فَٱخْتُلِفَ but disputes arose فِيهِ ۗ therein وَلَوْلَا And had it not been كَلِمَةٌۭ (for) a word سَبَقَتْ (that) preceded مِن from رَّبِّكَ your Lord لَقُضِىَ surely, would have been settled بَيْنَهُمْ ۚ between them وَإِنَّهُمْ But indeed, they لَفِى surely (are) in شَكٍّۢ doubt مِّنْهُ about it مُرِيبٍۢ disquieting ٤٥

مَّنْ Whoever عَمِلَ does صَـٰلِحًۭا righteous deeds فَلِنَفْسِهِۦ ۖ then it is for his soul وَمَنْ and whoever أَسَآءَ does evil فَعَلَيْهَا ۗ then it is against it وَمَا And not رَبُّكَ (is) your Lord بِظَلَّـٰمٍۢ unjust لِّلْعَبِيدِ to His slaves ٤٦
