وَلَا And (do) not تَكُونُوا۟ be كَٱلَّذِينَ like those who قَالُوا۟ say سَمِعْنَا We heard وَهُمْ while they لَا (do) not يَسْمَعُونَ hear ٢١
And do not be like those who say, "We have heard," while they do not hear.
