قَالُوا۟ They said يَـٰمُوسَىٰٓ O Musa إِمَّآ Whether أَن [that] تُلْقِىَ you throw وَإِمَّآ or Whether أَن [that] نَّكُونَ we will be نَحْنُ [we] ٱلْمُلْقِينَ the ones to throw ١١٥
They said, "O Moses, either you throw [your staff], or we will be the ones to throw [first]."
