يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا O ٱلَّذِينَ (you) who ءَامَنُوا۟ believe قُوٓا۟ Protect أَنفُسَكُمْ yourselves وَأَهْلِيكُمْ and your families نَارًۭا (from) a Fire وَقُودُهَا whose fuel ٱلنَّاسُ (is) people وَٱلْحِجَارَةُ and stones عَلَيْهَا over it مَلَـٰٓئِكَةٌ (are) Angels غِلَاظٌۭ stern شِدَادٌۭ severe لَّا not يَعْصُونَ they disobey ٱللَّهَ Allah مَآ (in) what أَمَرَهُمْ He Commands them وَيَفْعَلُونَ but they do مَا what يُؤْمَرُونَ they are commanded ٦
O you who have believed, protect yourselves and your families from a Fire whose fuel is people and stones, over which are [appointed] angels, harsh and severe; they do not disobey Allāh in what He commands them but do what they are commanded.
