وَمِن And of كُلِّ every شَىْءٍ thing خَلَقْنَا We have created زَوْجَيْنِ pairs لَعَلَّكُمْ so that you may تَذَكَّرُونَ remember ٤٩
And of all things We created two mates [i.e., counterparts]; perhaps you will remember.
