أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ Those ٱلَّذِينَ (are) the ones لَعَنَهُمُ Allah has cursed them ٱللَّهُ Allah has cursed them فَأَصَمَّهُمْ so He made them deaf وَأَعْمَىٰٓ and blinded أَبْصَـٰرَهُمْ their vision ٢٣
Those [who do so] are the ones that Allāh has cursed, so He deafened them and blinded their vision.
