وَلَوْ And if نَشَآءُ We willed لَجَعَلْنَا surely We (could have) made مِنكُم among you مَّلَـٰٓئِكَةًۭ Angels فِى in ٱلْأَرْضِ the earth يَخْلُفُونَ succeeding ٦٠
And if We willed, We could have made [instead] of you angels succeeding [one another] on the earth.
