وَلَقَدْ And certainly أَرْسَلْنَا We sent مُوسَىٰ Musa بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَآ with Our Signs إِلَىٰ to فِرْعَوْنَ Firaun وَمَلَإِي۟هِۦ and his chiefs فَقَالَ and he said إِنِّى Indeed, I am رَسُولُ a Messenger رَبِّ (of the) Lord ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ (of) the worlds ٤٦
And certainly did We send Moses with Our signs to Pharaoh and his establishment, and he said, "Indeed, I am the messenger of the Lord of the worlds."
