إِن Not كُلٌّ all (of them) إِلَّا but كَذَّبَ denied ٱلرُّسُلَ the Messengers فَحَقَّ so (was) just عِقَابِ My penalty ١٤
Each of them denied the messengers, so My penalty was justified.
