۞ وَلَقَدْ And certainly ءَاتَيْنَا We gave دَاوُۥدَ Dawood مِنَّا from Us فَضْلًۭا ۖ Bounty يَـٰجِبَالُ O mountains أَوِّبِى Repeat praises مَعَهُۥ with him وَٱلطَّيْرَ ۖ and the birds وَأَلَنَّا And We made pliable لَهُ for him ٱلْحَدِيدَ [the] iron ١٠
And We certainly gave David from Us bounty. [We said], "O mountains, repeat [Our] praises with him, and the birds [as well]." And We made pliable for him iron,
