أَفَمَن Then is one who كَانَ is مُؤْمِنًۭا a believer كَمَن like (him) who كَانَ is فَاسِقًۭا ۚ defiantly disobedient لَّا Not يَسْتَوُۥنَ they are equal ١٨
Then is one who was a believer like one who was defiantly disobedient? They are not equal.
