وَمَا And not كَانَ is لِنَبِىٍّ for a Prophet أَن that يَغُلَّ ۚ he defrauds وَمَن And whoever يَغْلُلْ defrauds يَأْتِ will bring بِمَا what غَلَّ he had defrauded يَوْمَ (on the) Day ٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِ ۚ (of) Resurrection ثُمَّ Then تُوَفَّىٰ is repaid in full كُلُّ every نَفْسٍۢ soul مَّا what كَسَبَتْ it earned وَهُمْ and they لَا (will) not يُظْلَمُونَ be wronged ١٦١
It is not [attributable] to any prophet that he would act unfaithfully [in regard to war booty]. And whoever betrays, [taking unlawfully], will come with what he took on the Day of Resurrection. Then will every soul be [fully] compensated for what it earned, and they will not be wronged.
