۞ وَإِذَا And when وَقَعَ (is) fulfilled ٱلْقَوْلُ the word عَلَيْهِمْ against them أَخْرَجْنَا We will bring forth لَهُمْ for them دَآبَّةًۭ a creature مِّنَ from ٱلْأَرْضِ the earth تُكَلِّمُهُمْ speaking to them أَنَّ that ٱلنَّاسَ the people كَانُوا۟ were بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَا of Our Signs لَا not يُوقِنُونَ certain ٨٢
And when the word [i.e., decree] befalls them, We will bring forth for them a creature from the earth speaking to them, [saying] that the people were, of Our verses, not certain [in faith].
