فَٱسْتَجَبْنَا So We responded لَهُۥ to him وَوَهَبْنَا and We bestowed لَهُۥ on him يَحْيَىٰ Yahya وَأَصْلَحْنَا and We cured لَهُۥ for him زَوْجَهُۥٓ ۚ his wife إِنَّهُمْ Indeed, they كَانُوا۟ used (to) يُسَـٰرِعُونَ hasten فِى in ٱلْخَيْرَٰتِ good deeds وَيَدْعُونَنَا and they supplicate to Us رَغَبًۭا (in) hope وَرَهَبًۭا ۖ and fear وَكَانُوا۟ and they were لَنَا to Us خَـٰشِعِينَ humbly submissive ٩٠
