قُلْنَا We said لَا (Do) not تَخَفْ fear إِنَّكَ Indeed, you أَنتَ you ٱلْأَعْلَىٰ (will be) superior ٦٨
We [i.e., Allāh] said, "Fear not. Indeed, it is you who are superior.
