وَٱتَّقُوا۟ And fear يَوْمًۭا a day لَّا (will) not تَجْزِى avail نَفْسٌ any soul عَن for نَّفْسٍۢ (another) soul شَيْـًۭٔا anything وَلَا and not يُقْبَلُ will be accepted مِنْهَا from it شَفَـٰعَةٌۭ any intercession وَلَا and not يُؤْخَذُ will be taken مِنْهَا from it عَدْلٌۭ a compensation وَلَا and not هُمْ they يُنصَرُونَ will be helped ٤٨
And fear a Day when no soul will suffice for another soul at all, nor will intercession be accepted from it, nor will compensation be taken from it, nor will they be aided.
