لَّا Not يُؤَاخِذُكُمُ will take you to task ٱللَّهُ Allah بِٱللَّغْوِ for (what is) unintentional فِىٓ in أَيْمَـٰنِكُمْ your oaths وَلَـٰكِن [and] but يُؤَاخِذُكُم He takes you to task بِمَا for what كَسَبَتْ (have) earned قُلُوبُكُمْ ۗ your hearts وَٱللَّهُ And Allah غَفُورٌ (is) Oft-Forgiving حَلِيمٌۭ Most Forbearing ٢٢٥
Allāh does not impose blame upon you for what is unintentional in your oaths, but He imposes blame upon you for what your hearts have earned. And Allāh is Forgiving and Forbearing.
