Surah An-Nahl
Verse 98–100

فَإِذَا So when قَرَأْتَ you recite ٱلْقُرْءَانَ the Quran فَٱسْتَعِذْ seek refuge بِٱللَّهِ in Allah مِنَ from ٱلشَّيْطَـٰنِ the Shaitaan ٱلرَّجِيمِ the accursed ٩٨

So when you recite the Qur’ān, [first] seek refuge in Allāh from Satan, the expelled [from His mercy].

— Come To Light

إِنَّهُۥ Indeed he لَيْسَ not لَهُۥ for him سُلْطَـٰنٌ (is) any authority عَلَى on ٱلَّذِينَ those who ءَامَنُوا۟ believe وَعَلَىٰ and upon رَبِّهِمْ their Lord يَتَوَكَّلُونَ they put their trust ٩٩

Indeed, there is for him no authority over those who have believed and rely upon their Lord.

— Come To Light

إِنَّمَا Only سُلْطَـٰنُهُۥ his authority عَلَى (is) over ٱلَّذِينَ those who يَتَوَلَّوْنَهُۥ take him as an ally وَٱلَّذِينَ and those who هُم [they] بِهِۦ with Him مُشْرِكُونَ associate partners ١٠٠

His authority is only over those who take him as an ally and those who through him associate others with Allāh.
