إِنَّمَا Only قَوْلُنَا Our Word لِشَىْءٍ to a thing إِذَآ when أَرَدْنَـٰهُ We intend it أَن (is) that نَّقُولَ We say لَهُۥ to it كُن Be فَيَكُونُ and it is ٤٠
Indeed, Our word to a thing when We intend it is but that We say to it, "Be," and it is.
