وَهُوَ And He ٱلَّذِى (is) the One Who سَخَّرَ subjected ٱلْبَحْرَ the sea لِتَأْكُلُوا۟ for you to eat مِنْهُ from it لَحْمًۭا meat طَرِيًّۭا fresh وَتَسْتَخْرِجُوا۟ and that you bring forth مِنْهُ from it حِلْيَةًۭ ornaments تَلْبَسُونَهَا (that) you wear them وَتَرَى And you see ٱلْفُلْكَ the ships مَوَاخِرَ ploughing فِيهِ through it وَلِتَبْتَغُوا۟ and that you may seek مِن of فَضْلِهِۦ His Bounty وَلَعَلَّكُمْ and that you may تَشْكُرُونَ (be) grateful ١٤
And it is He who subjected the sea for you to eat from it tender meat and to extract from it ornaments which you wear. And you see the ships plowing through it, and [He subjected it] that you may seek of His bounty; and perhaps you will be grateful.
