Approaching Sexual Immorality
অশ্লীলতার কাছে যাওয়া
قُلْ إِنَّمَا حَرَّمَ رَبِّىَ ٱلْفَوَٰحِشَ مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَمَا بَطَنَ وَٱلْإِثْمَ وَٱلْبَغْىَ بِغَيْرِ ٱلْحَقِّ وَأَن تُشْرِكُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ مَا لَمْ يُنَزِّلْ بِهِۦ سُلْطَـٰنًا وَأَن تَقُولُوا۟ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ
বাংলা উচ্চারণ (Transliteration): কুল ইন্নামা হাররামা রব্বিয়াল ফাওয়াহিশা মা যাহারা মিনহা ওয়া মা বাতানা, ওয়াল ইছমা ওয়াল বাগইয়া বিগাইরিল হাক্কি, ওয়া আন তুশরিকূ বিল্লাহি মা লাম ইউনাযযিল বিহী সুলতানাওঁ, ওয়া আন তাকূলূ ‘আলাল্লাহি মা লা তা‘লামূন। সূরা আল-আ‘রাফ, আয়াত ৩৩ (৭:৩৩)
English
Say, "My Lord has only forbidden immoralities - what is apparent of them and what is concealed - and sin, and oppression without right, and that you associate with Allāh that for which He has not sent down authority, and that you say about Allāh that which you do not know."
বাংলা
বল, ‘আমার প্রতিপালক অবশ্যই প্রকাশ্য ও গোপন অশ্লীলতা, পাপ, অন্যায়, বিরোধিতা, আল্লাহর অংশীদার স্থির করা যে ব্যাপারে তিনি কোন প্রমাণ নাযিল করেননি, আর আল্লাহ সম্পর্কে তোমাদের অজ্ঞতাপ্রসূত কথাবার্তা নিষিদ্ধ করে দিয়েছেন।
Explanation
Allah forbids immoralities, whether visible or hidden. This includes the paths that lead to them, so lower the gaze and avoid occasions of temptation, in private and in public.
