ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَتَطْمَئِنُّ قُلُوبُهُم بِذِكْرِ ٱللَّهِ ۗ أَلَا بِذِكْرِ ٱللَّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ ٱلْقُلُوبُ
Those who have believed and whose hearts are assured by the remembrance of Allāh. Unquestionably, by the remembrance of Allāh hearts are assured."

"Unquestionably, by the remembrance of Allah hearts are assured."
We look for calm in many places - news, notifications, approval from others - and still feel restless. This verse points to the only lasting source of peace.
A simple practice: after each prayer, sit for two minutes of dhikr before picking up your phone. Notice how the heart settles.
